I shape how complex systems work. Everything starts with understanding how work really happens, not just how it's documented. From there, I untangle the systems behind the experience, working closely with product and engineering to make complexity feel simple. For nearly 17 years, I've designed enterprise products that make sophisticated systems feel intuitive, useful, and human. Most recently, I led the UX vision for Omni, Omnicom's marketing intelligence platform, used by more than 12,000 people across 13+ applications.My work sits at the intersection of AI, data, and product design. I led Omni's Agentic UX strategy, creating proactive AI experiences that help people move faster, make better decisions, and stay in control. I also built the design foundations behind the platform: design systems, semantic variables, and data visualization standards that enable teams to scale without losing cohesion.

I think in systems, workflows, and outcomes. Being fluent in front-end development allows me to design for reality, not just presentation.

Whether it's increasing adoption through a redesign or contributing to award-winning analytics products, my goal remains the same: make powerful technology feel effortless.
